Liverpool City Council has recently launched its new communication portal, The Education Hub.
The hub will be a single point of contact for all education information and queries. We are currently in the initial phase which includes on-boarding schools, finance and communication. The next phase will be the release of the education library which will contain all of Liverpool City Councils education policies, FAQs and guides.
Initial access and user administration rights for each school's account has been given to the Head teacher who will be able to add members of staff. All Head teachers should already have access to the site using their generic email address and the forgotten password function. If you do not receive a forgotten email link, then please check your junk/spam email box to ensure it hasn’t been miss categorised.
If you still do not receive a forgotten password email them please select the sign up option on the home page.

Moving forwards all communication from LCC education team will be via the portal so it is important that you and your staff can access the site and the areas relevant to their role.
